Cloud Tailor E-Gift (Instant Voucher)
- The gift card is not a legal tender or replacement for a credit or debit card
- This card cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque.
- The holder of this card is deemed to be the beneficiary
- This Gift Card is valid at only at Cloud Tailor M-App
- This card cannot be redeemed at any offline retail outlets, any other multi brand or departmental stores or any other marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm etc. for purchase of Cloud Tailor services
- The validity of the Cloud Tailor Gift Card will be for One Year I.e., 365 days from date of activation (purchase) of card
- Maximum of five gift cards can be redeemed against one single invoice
- No replacement or compensation is permissible for a lost, mutilated, or defaced Gift Card.
- Any dispute or redemption issues should be referred to Cloud Tailor customer support (Contact Details) and the decision of the company shall be final
- All disputes must be referred to Hyderabad Jurisdiction only
- E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes, due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up to 24 hours.
- There are no returns or refunds on gift cards.

- Selects gift card as a mode for payment
- Submits gift card details
- Click the redemption button
- The system validates the card and confirms the balance
- On successful validation, the customer presses redeem button and card get redeemed
- On successful redemption, the total invoice value gets reduced by the value of the card redeemed and displays balance amount (if any) to be paid
- In the event that the total bill value goes higher than GC redeemed value, customer is requested to opt for another mode of payment like credit card, debit card, wallet, etc. for balance payment
- On successful payment, the order gets confirmed and customer seeks required details
